- Four-Lane Galgalia-Araria Section of NH-327E: A vital alternative corridor linking Araria (NH-27) to West Bengal.
- Rail Over Bridges (RoBs) on NH-322 and NH-31: Designed to decongest traffic and ensure safer commutes.
- Bandhuganj Bridge on NH-110: Enhances connectivity between Jehanabad and Bihar Sharif, easing regional transit.
- Eight Additional National Highway Projects: Including bypasses and two-lane upgrades for smoother traffic flow.

PM Modi also laid the foundation stone for railway projects valued at over ₹1,740 crore, signaling a major upgrade to Bihar’s rail network:
- Sonenagar Bypass Railway Line: Worth ₹220 crore, designed to improve freight and passenger movement in Aurangabad district.

Affordable Healthcare with Jan Aushadhi Kendras
PM Modi inaugurated 18 Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendras at railway stations across the country. These centers aim to provide passengers with access to affordable generic medicines, ensuring cost-effective healthcare solutions for travelers.

- City Gas Distribution (CGD) Network: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited will develop a CGD network across five districts, bringing Piped Natural Gas (PNG) to households and industries while promoting eco-friendly energy solutions.
- Bitumen Manufacturing Unit at Barauni Refinery: Indian Oil Corporation’s new facility will reduce reliance on imported bitumen, crucial for India’s infrastructure development.
