NEW DELHI: A MiG-29 fighter jet of the Indian Air Force crashed near Agra on Monday during a routine training flight.
The pilot successfully ejected from the aircraft, which was en route from Adampur, Punjab, to Agra for an exercise when it experienced a system malfunction. The Indian Air Force has initiated a court of inquiry to investigate the incident and confirmed that the pilot took appropriate measures to avoid harm to people or property on the ground.
