  • The session begins with President Murmu’s address to both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.
  • Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Economic Survey 2024-25, outlining the nation’s economic performance and future challenges.
  • The Economic Survey, prepared under Chief Economic Adviser V Anantha Nageswaran, serves as a crucial assessment of the economy’s progress and policy direction.
  • The survey will also highlight key reforms and growth strategies for the upcoming financial year.
  • The government has listed 16 bills, including the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, for discussion during the session.
